I love the sky. It can be moody, colourful, full of life, and texture. It can be frightening one day and stunningly breathtaking the next. The colours of sunset thrill me the most. I love thunderstorms and watching how the clouds move and rage. I love the stars. If I could find a way to document the night sky without spending too much on camera equipment, I would do it in a heartbeat. I love the sky.
Several months ago, I posted a collection of photos, and found myself wanting to do it again, especially during this strange quarantine / self isolation time. I am an introvert by nature, so staying home didn't effect me much at first, but as the days continued on, I started becoming stir-crazy. Feeling stuck and frustrated.
Looking towards the sky, I feel alive. The world is so vast and I am just a small part of it. It's ever changing beauty reminds me that, even though my current days are not what I expected, there is still life moving all around me. I feel such awe when the sky daily changes and I feel free staring at the clouds.
