DIY Cookie Cutter Ornaments

There is nothing like a partaking in a cute DIY to make me happy! I had a few cookie cutters in my collection that were very old and needed replacing. Rather than getting rid of them, I wanted to reuse them, if I could. They were just too cute to throw away. Look at that dinosaur! With some Christmas ribbon and some twine, I set to work and made some Christmas ornaments. They look homey and rustic, and I personally think they are lovely.

This ornament style may not be for everyone, but it was super simple and I really enjoyed the outcome. I just love how the Christmas tree lights reflect off of them! I am hoping to find some more cookie cutters in my travels next year and have my girls help make them with me. I think they would be a really great addition to any Christmas gift. What do you think?
