Bits & Pieces - September & October

Life has been so busy here. It amazes me that its November already, but on the other hand, it doesn't really surprise me. Our calendar has been getting full with activities with school, with friends, with bible studies, and with every day life. Bug started Kindergarten, Birdie started to walk. I have been making lists of Christmas presents that I am making, chores that need doing, food that needs making - all while I try hard to slow down and focus on what's in front of me. Birdie had her first birthday party and Bug went on so many awesome field trips with her school. It has been a great couple of months. I hope you enjoy taking a sneak peek into our lives.
All the yarn and school book practice - she really likes working on these workbooks.
Husband making delicious sushi for us!
Working on some knitted goodies. Dishcloths for me because my last one has a big hole in it and Bug's rainbow socks. More photos on those soon!
Lovebug's first day of school meant all the yummy snacks.
Bug walking from school and Birdie reading her favourite book
Birthday girl's wardrobe choice and Bug making birthday cupcakes!
Party time!!!
Outdoor fun, rainbow socks, and lego play! All in one weekend.
Decorating the house for fall and discovering all the things that my littles can now get into.
Finding different colours outside! I love this time of year.
While Bug reads, Birdie makes messes.
Play-doh fun with Opa.
Found a new favourite person to follow on Instagram. Granny square loving. Pumpkin seed hunting.
Jack, a sad looking Cheshire Cat, and an orange balloon!
She was so proud that she could hold this pumpkin all by herself.
Pine cone collecting and ukulele playing!
Playing with flowers and book pages again. Bug is wearing the hoodie I used to wear when I was little!!!
Rainbow Robot costume making! You can see more photos here
