Four Mondays Of : D R I N K S : T H A I . I N S P I R E D . C O F F E E

I am so very happy to share with you a recipe that has been on my to-make list for far too long. Thai Coffee. This coffee recipe has been something that I have wanted to try ever since I found out that sweetened condensed milk is used, and I am a huge fan of sweetened condensed milk! I could seriously eat it every day.
The original recipe calls for cardamon as its spice, but I used cinnamon instead. That is why I have called this recipe and thai inspired.

Ingredients for 1 cup:
2 Cup of Black Brewed Coffee
2 tsp of Sweetened Condensed Milk
1/4 tsp of Cinnamon (or Cardamon)

Place your sweetened condensed milk and cinnamon in your coffee cup. Stir and mix together well. Add your coffee. Done. The reason I suggest making 2 Cups of Coffee for one person is that I, personally, prefer big massive cups. 1 Cup is never enough while 2 Cups is too much. Taste and if needed add more sweetened condensed milk and cinnamon!

I love the way that this tastes. Sweet, but not too sweet, creamy, and delightful! mmmm I think this is a drink I will make often. Not everyday, but as a special pick me up paired with book and the bath tub.
I hoped you enjoyed todays coffee recipe. If you would like to see the other recipes that I have created or tried out, feel free to click here, or if you would like to see the entire Four Mondays Of series, this link will take you straight to it. Thank you so much for reading. xo
