Four Mondays of : P O P S I C L E S / Cantaloupe Lassi

Our last and finally popsicle for the Four Mondays of series is something that I made for Bug entirely. I am not a huge cantaloupe fan, never have been, however Bug LOVES cantaloupe and that was the reason why I tried this recipe out in the first place. For her. The Lassi recipe I adapted from is from a wonderful blog called Shutterbean and, I must add, that I didn't mind eating the popsicle.
Ingredients:
Cantaloupe chopped up.
Plain Yogurt
A pinch of Cinnamon & Nutmeg
Food Processor or Blender
Popsicle Containers
Directions: this recipe makes four!
Cut off the rind and chop a quarter of the cantaloupe into small squares. Add half a cup of yogurt and a pinch of cinnamon & nutmeg. Blend together and pour it all into the popsicle containers.
Bug devoured the popsicle! It was gone in a matter of minutes and unlike the other popsicles, she refused to share. I had to get my own. Like I mentioned before, I didn't mind the taste of the popsicle but I much prefer the Coffee Chip one I made last week. It was a huge hit for Bug though, and that is the most important thing. I am calling this recipe a winner for my toddler.
I had so much fun with making all of these popsicles. I cannot wait for the next round of Four Mondays Of. If you have any suggestions or if you made any of the popsicle recipes, I would love to hear from you. xoxo
