Pulled Pork Sandwiches with Strawberry Ginger Cobbler

I thought that today I should share a recipe on the blog. This slow cooker pulled pork roast recipe has been a favourite of mine for years now. It is so tasty and so tender that it practically falls apart when I put a fork into it. I love how easy this recipe is.
Here is the recipe that we have fallen in love with. To pair with the pulled pork, I made a large salad with tomatoes, cucumber, celery, pecans, sunflower seeds, feta and lettuce. I added balsamic vinaigrette to this dressing, however, ranch and french dressing are other options.
For dessert, I had my husband pick a recipe out of Joy the Baker's Homemade Decadence cookbook. I got it for Christmas and I knew for sure that I wanted to make something that Joy created, but I just couldn't decide. My husband chose the Strawberry Ginger Crumb Cobbler and, oh my goodness, it was so good. Topped with pecans, this dessert was amazing, and the only thing that could have made it a wee bit better (in my opinion), is if I had a little bit of vanilla ice-cream to serve it with it. My husband even said that this was his favourite "crisp" ever. I will definitely be making this recipe in the future and I cannot wait to make more of her desserts! Everything looks so good!!

This is not a sponsored post, just my THIS IS AMAZING boast. Everything is 100% my personal opinion.
