Hydration



Sometimes its hard to drink the recommend amount of water every single day. That's why I love infused waters. I can choose whatever ingredient I am in the mood for that day, throw it in my water, voila, deliciousness. There are so many different options to chose from that everybody can find something that they love.

My top 5 picks are:
Raspberries
Blueberries & Strawberries
Strawberries, Lemons & Mint
Strawberries, Cucumber & Grapefruit
Grapefruit & Orange

I really want to try recipes that have watermelon, basil, lime & lavender. Experimenting here I come. If you click on the photo links, many recipes will be displayed.
