Crab Pasta Salad

This was one of the best pasta salads I have ever made. And it was so easy. 

Serves 2 (we had a little bit of leftovers for lunch the next day)

3 Cups of Pasta, cooked and chilled
1 Cup of Shredded Crab, cooked and chilled 
1 LG tbsp of Mayo
1 tsp of dried oregano
1 tsp of dried basil
Salt & pepper to taste
Drizzle of olive oil
Green onion chopped. 

Toss. Toss. Toss. Chill for a little longer so that all of the flavours combine. So easy. 

Now, I don't care for creamy, creamy pasta salad dressings, so this salad is very lightly coated. If the desire for a heavier dressing was there, I would probably add a couple more tbsp of mayo, more olive oil and, of course, more spices. Paprika is another spice that tastes so good with crab. 

More crab could always be added depending on how much crab one has in its fridge. As well, I think this salad would be so yummy with celery and capsicum too. I just didn't happen to have any.
