Homemade Granola

This has to be the best homemade granola that I have ever made. I have attempted a few recipes in the past but I would always forget about them. So hard to forget about this one though, it is so delicious. 

Homemade Granola.
makes approx. 7 cups.

Ingredients.
6 cups Oats
1 cup sliced Almonds
1/2 cup raw Sunflower Seeds
3/4 cup of Olive Oil
3/4 cup Natural Peanut Butter
1/4 cup Honey

Directions.
Preheat the oven to 350F. Drizzle some olive oil onto two baking sheets to prevent the granola from sticking. In one bowl, combine the first three ingredients and in a 2nd bowl, combine all of the liquids. Pour the liquids into the dry ingredients and mix them all together. Make sure you combine well. Spread the granola evenly on the baking sheets. Bake for 15 minutes and then stir the granola. Cook the granola for another ten minutes, stir again, continue this until the entire cooking time equals 30 minutes. Allow to cool and store in a container. I placed mine in the refrigerator.
