Pumpkin Bread Recipe

Now this is a pumpkin recipe that I can enjoy and it also makes the house smell good! I am beginning to feel like such a flake for you folks. I judge recipe books that don't have pictures and now I am becoming a holiday blogger without pictures. How rude. I promise I will make it up in the new year, my life is too crazy right now.

Pumpkin Bread

1 can of Pumpkin Puree
3 Eggs and 1 Egg white
1 Cup Oil
2/3 Cup Water
3 Cup White Sugar
3 1/2 Cup Flour
2 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Cinnamon
1 Tsp Nutmeg
1/2 Tsp Ground Cloves
1/4 Tsp Ground Ginger

Preheat the oven to 350F. Grease and flour three 7x3" loaf pans. In a large bowl mix the first five ingredients. In a separate bowl whisk in the remaining ingredients. Stir the dry in the wet until just mixed. Pour into the pans and bake for 50 minutes.

The Hub loves this recipe. The only thing I personally would change is that I would add walnuts and possible some raisins. Maybe a Walnut Brown Sugar Topping? The one thing I do love about this recipe is that it is so moist. Like melt in my mouth moist! Yum. Yum. Yum! Merry Christmas.
